Description
This bay-fronted three-story brick double house was constructed late in the 19th century with Queen Anne Style decorative elements on the primary street facade.

This pair of houses is a more modest version of but displays ornamental detailing that is similar to that found on the Charles Ellis House at 215 Union St and the Costello House at 238 Union St.  Distinctive features include entry doors, pedimented dormer windows in the attic with fish-scale shingle siding, and cornice trim.
