Description
HENRY PEEK’S STORE
A map used in Supreme Court Proceedings 2 Dec. 1818 by the City of Schenectady against John Veeder for trespass identified the structure at 32 North Ferry Street as "H. Peek’s Store." He had acquired this property in 1811 and erected a house the following year. Extensive modifications have since been made to this structure, but some of the original construction is still visible in the interior.
